Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
my wife had part time served on a charge of possesion of narcotics several years ago she missed her courtdate because of a misprint on her paperwork after she was released on some sort of good behavior program awaiting her courtdate. she never turned herself in..its been a couple years ago. she has no other charges anywhere. she is being held in nc awaiting an extradition hearing..she has straightened her life out and just wants to get it behind her..she is out on bond even though she has a fugitive warrant. her hearing is the 29th . could u please give me a educated guess of what she may be facing

No way to give an educated guess because the information you have provided does not sound correct for Texas cases. She needs to hire a lawyer who can guide her / you in getting proof that she has turned her life around - been working, etc., to try to minimize what the judge does to her.
