Under Texas law, upon the filing of a Petition To Proceed to Adjudication of Guilt a warrant is issued. Texas law provides that you are entitled to bail as a matter of right. This is as opposed to a "regular" probation where a Judge can hold a person without bail in the Judge's discretion.
