Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My wife is on probation. She was order to go to a ISF program she turn her self in. They said she had to wait in county no longer the 15 days. It been more than that. How long can they hold her before they move her.

Your wife will have to remain in the county jail until a bed becomes available at ISF. They should not have told her the wait was no more than 15 days because that is a guess. They so not know precisely when someone will finish the program and their bed become available. That said, the only choice your wife probably had was to accept the program and the wait or be revoked and go to prison.
