Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

So my wife has recently had a warrant issued for her arrest. She is being charged with 32.51(c)(1) FRAUD USE/POSS IDENT INFO # ITEMS <5 ELDERLY. I only found out about this after the sheriff's showed up to our house looking for her. In 2010 I found out she had a drug problem and was running with a rough crowd. I sent her to rehab for 90 days and we moved to another town to keep her away from the trouble she was headed towards. Well, now I found out that one of her girlfriends applied for a $200 payday loan in her grandmothers name and my wife decided to open a checking account in her name and volunteer it for the loan company to deposit the funds into. This has all come about since Friday afternoon and I'm not sure what to do. I have also pasted the information from our county's website below and I see that there is a $294.00 balance. Does anyone know if I just pay this, will they drop the charges on her? Please, any information you can give would be greatly appreciated.

She needs a lawyer to represent her. The case is serious. It was nto filed until February of this year - the same day a grand jury indicted her. She can make a bond by posting the entire amount or by hiring a bondsman.

The costs that are on there are the current balance. As activities occur, the balance will go up. NO, they will not dismiss anything if you pay the current balance.
