how much will attorney fees be for to file for early termination of probation and for a non disclosure of the third degree felony on deferred adjudication

Prices can vary substantially. Most lawyers I know would most likely be in the $1500-$4000 range for both. You should be aware, however, that you may have to wait for a couple of years after ending your probation before filing a non-disclosure.
