What will happen if a B&E 1st degree, ends up on the DWOP docket?

This is not a Texas question because we don't have B & E - we have burglary of a habitation or buildgin and criminal cases do not end up on the DWOP (dismissed without prosecution docket). The prosecutor must file a motion to dismiss for a case to be dismissed in Texas.
