Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I witnessed an elderly woman fall in church and was not able to tell exactly how it happened. the EMS guy said he was going to charge me with filling a faults police report because of something i told him not matching what the dispatcher said that i had said. What is the statue of limitations on this? i can not afford to have it mess me up in my job choice after i finsh collage.

Don't worry about the EMS guy and his silly threat. And don't worry about the statute of limitations. This guy is not going to file anything. He's a jerk.
