Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
The woman we were living together has taken my car and is not making the payments on it . now the credit co. is trying to collect the remaining balance on the car .if i cant find her or the car what do i need to do?

If she is not on the title, and she had no agreement or permission to use the car; contact the police and explain the situation. It is theft. If she did have permission or an agreement for use of the car, file a civil suit against her to recover the property, or its value.
