Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I work at Krogers and the manager brought me in to the office to talk to me, some coustomer told them she thought i said i wanted to burn the place down, i didnt though and even though i was told everythings ok and that it was an informal talk, im worried they will try and heve me arrested, can they? and since they told me its informal and didnt say anything would happen if they do later on can i sue?

a. Yes, you could be arrested. The police do weird stuff all the time.
b. What would you sue Kroger for? Asking you questions?
