I NEED TO KNOW IF I CAN GET WORTH OF $1850.00 PROPERTY BACK FROM MY SPOUSE,THAT TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME. TO GET THE PROPERTY OF MERCHANDISE.

WE'RE MARRIED BUT, WE'VE BEEN SEPARATED FOR A LITTLE OVER A YEAR. AND I'M BARELY MAKING ENDS MEET, AND I HAVE A 15 YEAR OLD CHILD THAT I'M TRYING TO RAISE.

HE CONVINCE ME THAT IF I WERE TO BUY HIM SOME HEAVY-DUTY TOOLBOXES FOR HIS WORK TRUCK THAT MYSELF AND MY DAUGHTER COULD MOVE BACK HOME. I BOUGHT THE BOXES AND IT WAS ALL A LIE WITH HIM.HE KEPT MY BOXES AND REFUSES TO GIVE THEM BACK TO ME OR PAY ME FOR THEM. WHAT IS IT THAT I CAN DO TO GET THEM BACK OR MY MONEY BACK FROM HIM

AND I ALSO SUFFER WITH DEPRESSION,BIPOLAR 2,ANXIETY ATTACKS,PANIC ATTACKS AND SCHIZORPHRENIA.

This does not sound like a criminal offense, it sounds like a contract dispute. It sounds like you should consider filing for divorce and request a division of the property and child support and potentially spousal support.
