Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Is having the wrong eye color and address on a person's description on their charges enough to get all of their charges dropped or dismissed in Court and that person be able to walk free?

Almost certainly not. It's usually okay for people to be charged under the wrong NAME, if that gives you a better idea how inconsequential those factors are.
