Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
when is it wrong for pollice to search you during a traffic stop ,i could not find ins card and he said i was nervous he stopped me bc my head lights were not on pk were within seconds i turned headlights on.he tells me to get out of truck and to step to back of vehicle at that point he ask me to turn and put hands on trk and i do he grabs me by the waist and starts to check pockets well i disagreed with this and attempted to run that did not wk and was tackeled .i thought i was to be pated down ?
