Is this wrong?
What will happen to me if I got an appartment under my name for a friend who has a felon?

Yes it is wrong.
There are many 'worst case scenarios'.
You could be sued for the balance and damage under the lease when the friend screws up. You be sued for fraud. You might conceivably face a criminal charge for fraud, but unlikely.
Or maybe nothing happens, and you both get away with it.
