If you've been wrongfully accussed

my boy friend has been convicted of a sex crime in which he is innocent ,is there anyway for him to clear his name that way we can get on with our lives.

Hello there,

The only way this case could be reopened after a conviction is if evidence can be brought forward to the Court that Shows Actual Innocence. This evidence would have to be very compelling and would not have been available during the time of the trial.
