Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

wrongly convicted of a crime

In 1994 I was convicted of a felony in Texas. I went to prison for 12 years. The thing is I have documentation and forensic proof from numerous nationally known forensic experts that proves that no crime ever occurred. I want to clear my name and record Is there any way I can take my case back to court and get my conviction overturned. I have been through the appeal process and recently found out that My court of criminal appeals appeal was denied because the lawyer did not file a certificate of appealabilty making my appeal get dismissed and never even seen by the court. Do I not have the right to appeal? And even if a lawyer was hired and he failed to fulfill his duty do I still not have a right to be heard and if so how do I do this?
