Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Last year when i filed my taxes the person that did my taxes had told me that somebody else had use my daughter social security number so this year i went to the social security office to verify that nobody had use my daughter security number and they told me that that sucurity number belongs to another little girl from San Diego and i told them that the first time i went to get my daughter security number the person who help me gave me that number and didnt check the whole information so now in my records shows i use somebodys security number so my question is can i sue the security office for puttin this on my record and causing me all the problems?

Social security didn't cause you problems. Don't you have a copy of your daughter's social security number? If not, then you need to get one if she is under 18.
