Harboring a runaway (who is not running away from a juvenile facility) is a Class A misdemeanor for which one can receive up to 1 year in jail & up to a $4,000 fine. However, This is Texas law only and it applies to someone who stays in Texas. Because they crossed state lines, other laws could be applicable including Oklahoma law as well as federal law.
