Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
About how many years or what do you think the verdict would be if someone has just received the following indictments: 1st Degree Felonies, Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and Aggravated Assault on a Public Servant with a Deadly Weapon, 3rd Degree Felony Tampering with Evidence, and State Jail Felony Evading Arrest with a Motor Vehicle.
However, they have never been in trouble with the law before and this is the first time.

No way to answer this without knowing a lot more about the facts of the case and an explanation for the behaviors. With the first degree felony, the person could get up to 99 years. The State may argue that while this is a first arrest, it is not likely the first bad behavior given that so many offenses were committed......
