Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
A young soldier was arrested in a complicated drug case. He has no family and is stuck in jail. What options does he have? Apparently he was driving his friends car and got pulled over once questions the officer looked in car and found marijuana on floor board. It was his friends car so friend said to search vehicle once they searched further they found a pipe and small bag of weed. His friend is a minor so they charged him with delivery to a minor. Should he contact Army to get him out or what is options?

He should contact his Commanding Officer immediately. They may be able to provide a JAG officer to assist him.
