Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Texas

When I was 14 I had a 18 year old boyfriend.

My mom knew of this, until she discovered he was half hispanic. Then She told Me I wasn't to see him. I still did. And We had sex. She found out anf presses stagitory Rape charges on him. He did not rape me. I don't think he should have to regestier as a sex offeneder for the rest of his life. Now that I'm elder I was wondering if there is anyway I could apeall from these charges for him. Thanks!

You don't understand the phrase "statutory rape." It means that, by law, when an "adult" male (18 years old or older) has sex with an "adolescent" female (younger than 18 years old), he is automatically guilty of rape. Whether or not the girl agreed to the sex is irrelevant (i.e., it does not matter). So, under the law, he DID rape you, regardless of what you say.
