Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Texas

i am currently an 17 year old dating a 14 year old, about to be 15. i was wondering if it was illegal to still date and be affectionate when i turn 18, or if i would have to wait until she's 17 to be with her. and if not, what would be illegal? both now, and when i'm 18. i'm just making sure that it doesn't cause either of us any trouble, because she's slightly worried about it and quite frankly, so am i. i appreciate your time and anxiously await a reply.

Dating and being affectionate isn't a problem. Sexual activity is.

Wait until you're married before you have sex.
