Can I be fired for being pregnant? I am 5 months along, and

yeaterday they called me one hour before my shift to tell me not to

come in. They said I must be able to lift 75lbs (which I can), and

said they had no light duty work for me to do in the company. Is

this legal?

Did you gie them notice of the pregnancy?

When did you give them notice?

How large is the company?

How long have you worked there?
