Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Texas

I'm a registered sex offender. A co-worker looked me up on the internet and found out that I was a registered sex offender. This co-worker then told another co-worker,that co-worker told all of the employees about my criminal past,to get the rest of the employees to cause problems with me.

Do I have a legal right to file a harassment complaint against this person?

If someone says something about you that is true, it isn't "harassment."
