Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Texas

Hi, I signed a contract with a gym (Gold's) in Dec 2009. There are TV's all over the gym and on several of them there is the "Gold's Gym Channel" which is comprised of advertisements and music videos. About 90% of the music videos feature women extremely scantily clad, dancing around like strippers, that is the easiest way to explain it. I think any employee would have a valid 'hostile work environment' complaint. Do customers with contracts have any rights in this area? I have contacted management with basically no results except to find out there have been other complaints from customers.

Any advice/direction is greatly appreciated.

Your remedy would be to cancel your membership and not go back. If this happens with enough people, it sends a stronger message than any "hostile workplace" lawsuit. The loudest sound in the world is that of a cash register not opening.
