Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Texas

ok so im turning 14 in 12 days on november 14 2009 and i love a guy that will be 18 on december 31 and i was wondering if its legal for us to date? and by that i mean kiss, hug, hold hands, not sex. and i heard its only legal if our parents approve. well my parents split up and i moved in with my aunt and uncle ( not legaly) and my mom is ok with it but my dad isnt soooo wat?

Your are only 14 years old. There will be time, later on in life, for you to love a guy as you say it. Let me remind you, love is not a feeling, love is "action" and it requires a sacrifice. This is called "AGAPE" love. Which is the one that a husband and wife or boyfriend and girlfriend should have. What you may be feeling is "EROS" love, which is a feeling of liking some one physically. That is not love. If you want, look at the definition of love and the types of love and I can assure you, you may want to wait a little longer. Because love is patients, kind, not jealous, or boastful, or proud or rude. Love does not demand its own way. Love is not irritable, and it keeps no record of when it has been wronged. You will fully understand this when you are an adult.
