2 years ago I was issued a ticket for DUI as a minor by my college campus police. I was never arrested. When my attorney and I were in court, the case was dismissed due to unlawful arrest. I recently searched my name and school on google and saw the summary of the crime report with my name, offense, and location for all to see, despite the dropped charges. Is this legal for them to display this information where potential employers and all the world can see this detail for a crime that I was unlawfully arrested for?

Well, you have a criminal record, which is public. There is nothing preventing them from displaying this information. Your attorney should have talked to you about an expunction. This would clear the record and entities that continue to display the info would be subject to penalties under the law.
