10 years ago (last month) I was convicted with a felony DWI (3 within 10 years in texas). My life is completely changed now and I am trying to land a great job with a wonderful company. Having this felony is the only thing that may screw this up. I no longer drink and I have progressed greatly in my outlook on life. Is there anything I can do?

Legally you can hire an attorney to seek a pardon. Once you get a pardon, then you can have the charge and the conviction expunged from your record. Once the chage and conviction are expunged, then you can say that you have no felony convictions (assuming there are no others).
If you fear that this may take too long, call the company's HR department, without indentifying yourself, and ask them whether the 10 year old DWI conviction would affect your chance of being hired.
Based on what you have written, you may want to seek an anonymous opinion from the company as to whether or not a 10 year old DWI felony conviction will affect your opportunity of being hired. Additionally, assuming that you were convicted and not given deferred adjudication, then you would have to file the appropriate documents to seek a pardon. Upon achieving the pardon, you would have to get the criminal record expunged from your criminal history.
