Legal Question in DUI Law in Texas

I am 17 years old and got a 2nd Offense DUI in the state of Texas. Is it better for me to surrender or find a lawyer and wait?

Not sure why you would have to surrender unless you jumped bond or they were waiting on blood results so they released you without a bond. Either way, hire a lawyer. You are in need of good help.
