I was arrested with a dwi charge and the plea deal they gave me was for deadly conduct. Should I take the deal?

You should discuss it with your lawyer who will have access to the offense report and the videotape of your field sobriety tests. There is no way anyone without knowledge of these items can give you proper advice.
If they result in a conviction, neither can later be expunged or sealed--ever. Which one (if either) you take will depend on the circumstances. You might not want to plead to either. Either one can affect future job choices. The deadly conduct might be considered to be worse if you are renting an apartment. On the other hand, if your job required driving, the DWI might be worse. Also, the penalties for subsequent DWIs can grow quickly and there are many more costs involved.
You should have an attorney. If you don't get one who will explain the consequences of each option.
