You have 15 days from the date of your DWI arrest to request a hearing on the administrative license suspension. IF you do request the hearing, your license should stay good unless and until an administrative judge orders a suspension. I would recommend that you clarify this situation with your lawyer and request a hearing ASAP.

I agree with Mr. Walcutt. You have 15 days to request a hearing on your drivers license. If you do not request the hearing, your license gets suspended automatically. Your lawyer should know how to request this hearing and should request it for you. You can also request the hearing by following the directions on the paperwork that was given to you when you were arrested.
