i was in a car wreck, noone else was involved but i was drinking. I was taken to the hospital, the cop left his card with the hospital people but i was never arrested or issued a ticket. I called the officer a few days later, they said he requested a blood sample from hospital and i would have to go to court if it came back positive for alcohol. It's been two months and i havent heard anything, whats going on?

It is possible that the sample has not yet been analyzed or that the DA's office has not gotten around to charging you.
Just because you were drinking does not mean that you had a blood alcohol content above .08 which is the legal limit..
However, if you are a minor, any alcohol in your system will trigger a DWI charge.
