New case while on probation for DWI
A friend of mine was arrested for DWI while on probation for a DWI in another county. Do we have time to consult and hire an attorney or will she be arrested at her next probation meeting? What is the best way to keep her out of jail before her hearing?

Re: New case while on probation for DWI
You friend needs to contact a DWI attorney immediately so that she can get started right now protecting her rights in both cases, and yes there very well may be ways to keep her out of jail before she sees her probation officer, but waiting around will not help her. The best way to keep her out of jail is to hire an attorney who can go into court and get a bond set in the MRP case, and go from there.
