Is this charge bogus?

Had 2 beers 20 min later drove for food and was pulled over by police. Asked why I was pulled over and was told because I was drunk.Told officer I had 2 beers and wasn't drunk. No tickets issued, taken to jail. Gave breathalizer and told I blew .19. Not shown results. Asked for blood test and was denied, told they didn't do that. Have bruises from being pushed around and into bench by officers. Posted bail and given report. Report has spot for blood test results. No reason for being pulled over on report.Had to wait 3hrs after bail was posted to be released. Am I wrong or is there something wrong with this. My weight is around 170lbs. I don't think two beers made me drunk. Being charged with DWI. Isn't DWI .08 and under?

Hopefully by the time you have read this that you have taken photos of the bruises, and hired a lawyer.

The initial stop as to be based upon a reasonable suspicion of a violation of the law. It is strong evidence of a random stop, that the police report does not state a cause for the stop.
