Legal Question in DUI Law in Texas

I have to appear in court on a motion to adjudicate guilt for dui this afternoon. Can they put me in jail immediately from the courthouse today?

If you are set for hearing, yes.

If you have violated bond, yes.

You should have a lawyer representing you.
