Legal Question in DUI Law in Texas

Cousin arrested for DUI with 3 y/o son on back seat. 1st offense; she was attempting to back out of Apt parking when police pulled up. Blood alcohol level unknown. May not have driver license. Need to know my options to assist her (lower sentence, Home arrest, Probation, etc) as she is currently in jail with a 3k bond.

First thing to do is get her out of jail. You'll have to call a bail bondsman there in bell county. (I think that's where you are). DWI with a child passenger is a felony so there's a lot at stake. She will definitely need a lawyer. Feel free to contact me at willmitchelllaw.com.
