I'm currently on deferred probation for pocs 6 yr sentence have completed almost 4. saturday i picked up my first dwi. if i get revoked about how much time am i looking at?? is it possible to have both cases ran cc and just get more probation

It is possible you could get another probation for the DWI if there is an agreement between the felony and misdemeanor courts. It is possible that your felony probation will be extended and additional conditions added, or adjudicated and you left on probation with additional conditions. It is possible that your probation will be revoked and you can get up to 6 months on your DWI to run concurrently with your felony time (or up to a year if you had .15 or greater BAC.) You need to hire a lawyer.
