can the court after plea was accepted charge me not comply with plea agreement and add another sentence on top of the already plea agreement?

The court is not obligated to accept a plea agreement between the defendant and the prosecutor. If after the defendant enters a plea, and the court refuses to accept the agreement, and enter a harsher sentence; the defendant can withdraw his plea and the case reverts to prior to the entry of the plea.
