kid said drivng car so the one who was driving would not get in trouble, warrant out for him for tickets. kid said uncle cop would get him out. now changing story cause he would not blow into alchol thing and went to jail dwi. wants money from the kid who was driving. police got there after scene nothing ontape or recorded.kid wants 1000.awaiting court trial in a month or so. does kid who drove need an atty now or wait ? they think he may get off - talking to DA to fix it before the trial so no trial?

Both kids involved in this mess need separate lawyers to help them get it straightened out. If they don't they could both end up in far more trouble than they are in now. Expecting the 'uncle cop' to resolve all of this is a touch naive.
