Re: Drunk Driving Report

Hello there,

The consequences for a class B misdemeanor are anywhere from 0 days in jail up to 180 days and a fine up to $2,000.00 dollars.

There is also a statutory 72 hour period in jail as a term of probation.

There are also drivers license consequences dependent on if one gave a breath test sample or if they did not.

There are also statutory fees that must be paid to the state to maintain a drivers license.

Hire a good DWI defense lawyer.

Sincerely,

Erick Platten
