The consequences for a class B misdemeanor are anywhere from 0 days in jail up to 180 days and a fine up to $2,000.00 dollars.
There is also a statutory 72 hour period in jail as a term of probation.
There are also drivers license consequences dependent on if one gave a breath test sample or if they did not.
There are also statutory fees that must be paid to the state to maintain a drivers license.
