You would be best served by contacting an attorney in the location in Georgia that specializes in criminal defense. This is not a do it yourself project. If you go to Georgia, then there is no need to extradite you and you will be arrested there. Sometimes, there are options available that would not require you to appear in that State. An experienced criminal law specialist would know about those options.
