Re: Dui

Your son is eligible for an expungment if it was a true "DUI" under Texas law and your son received a Deferred Adjudication which he completed and he has not been arrested or convicted of another alcohol related offense. You need to contact a criminal lawyer that handles DWI cases as a major part of their of practice in order to take care of this matter. Call my office if I can be of help to you further.

Re: Dui

Not likely to get it expunged, unless he has a pardon or a dismissal based on the evidence. A dismissal based on deferred will not result in an expunction. He might qualify for non-disclosure, which will hide the file from the general public (not from 23 various agencies). Check with attorneys in the county where he got the DUI, about getting an Order of Non-Disclosure. Good luck.
