is there anything i could do to speed up a case if any.i have been pulled over for a dwi in july 2006, i was a cdl holder,dep. of public safety suspended my license for one year,i get my class c in jan22,and cdl back in october 22.i wasnt taken to jail,i wasnt feeling good at the time of this incident so they transported me to the hospital.i am currently waiting for the county who pulled me over to file charges.i called county clerk this person said i have to wait sometimes it can take two years.i made my living driving a truck and this would be my first offense,my bac was .09,given to me by the legalspecialist i hired in july,he sent off this papaer to the dps,(dont know what)there were to many false answers given to me by this person,currently i was just waiting till i could come up with some money to find a real attorney,if someone could help me or answer some of my questions, i could certainly be much appreciated...this is just a quick summary of what has happened.i am enroled with pre-paid legal,they dont fight these kind of cases,only refer with a discount..fyi
