i asked a question earlier about my 07 dwi and convicted on 08 and ms dunn answered so this is for ms dunn.i want to know that when i look for a driving in the future with a trucking company and the run my motor vihicle record is it going to show that i have a dwi the year i was arrested on 07 or the year i was convicted which was in 09.the reason is that some trucking companies require 3 years w/o a dwi TY

The background check may very well show both the arrest and the conviction dates. If you are concnered you should ask the trucking company.
