DWI & Concealed Hand Gun

My husband was arrested this weekend and charged with DWI and possesion of a concealed hand gun(he has a CDL)(first and only offense)...He is in sales and drives a company truck. We have been informed that the company may have to obtain additional insurance for him to continue to be able to drive this company truck. What route should we take in order to get his charges to as minamal as possible and keep his company from haveing to pay additional DWI insurance.

Hire a lawyer in advance of the first court date. An attorney will be able to review the facts to negotiate the best deal for your husband, or recommend that the case be tried.
