Iwas driving to meet a friend @ a bar and grill. i was side swiped by 18 whlr. Hit N run. i was talking to my friend on cell and gave all info of truck for hin to write down. when i arrived @ bar N grill I calmed down, had a few drinkscalled 911 fom bar n grill phone to report incident. cops arrived and called me outside and then charged me with DWI. HOW can they di that?

Get a lawyer. Without a lawyer to fight this, you could end up not only charged but convicted as well. You also need a lawyer to locate and sue the 18 wheeler.
