You should always have a law firm assist you with protecting your rights after being alleged of committing a crime, regardless if it is your first or more. Also, upon being arrested for allegedly commiting DWI, you only have 15 days, after being arrested, to submit and apply for the adminstrative hearing to obtain an occupational license.
