Legal Question in DUI Law in Texas

I need help I'm currently on dwi probation and my probation officer seems like he's not willing work with me on my monthly check ins and I can't go in as scheduled because I'm within my 90 day probational period at work (new job) where I can't miss any time. What can I do? I don't know what my options are and don't want an MTR to be filed because I didn't want to lose my job.

First, get a letter or some other paperwork from your job regarding the probationary period and provide it to your PO. If you miss a meeting, that does not mean they will automatically file an MTR. It just means they can. Also if they file an MTR, you can use the letter to explain your dilemma to the judge as one of the conditions of probation is to be employed. The judge does not have to grant the MTR. Of course you would need to show up for the MTR. Talk to your lawyer.
