Legal Question in DUI Law in Texas

MY DWI Record

I was convicted of a DWI, class B Misdemeanor on 1-2-2002. No other arrrests or convictions of any kind prior to or after this. In my job search, I find it very troubling that most potential employers will see this on my record and this conviction could prevent me from getting a good job. Is there a way to have this conviction expunged, sealed, or removed from my record?
