D.W.I.
my son has gone to court 3 times
for a dwi, the police dont show up
& have still not turned any evidence over to his attorney. It has been 5 months now shoulnt the charges be deopped?

You need to ask your attorney if he has filed a brady motion and other motions for discovery.
You need to also ask your lawyer if he will file a motion for a speedy trial. If that motion is filed your case will be expedited.

He has an attorney, and he needs to trust the judgement of that attorney, or get a different one. There are a myriad of reasons why this case is progressing the way it is, and it may well benefit your son.
